We searched high and low for a baby raglan t-shirt for our son's first birthday. We were lucky enough to find this site and order from here right away. It was critical I receive the shirt by a certain time so that we could have printing done on it. We made that note in the order and approximately a week out I received an email that the package would be delayed due to bad weather (tornadoes in Kansas near where our warehouse is). From that point I continued to receive prompt updates including one late one evening over the weekend! They assured me this was a priority to them and they would contact me as soon as the truck arrived Monday. The truck came a little later then expected on Monday and they even updated me they were still waiting. Once the truck arrived my shirt was on it and they promptly turned around and sent it right out to me and I received it in time! The shirt was perfect and the quality far surpasses my expectations. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know. THANK YOU for your commitment to good customer service!

I just had a little baby boy and received several gifts from my sister that she had bought at Baby Gifts Under $100. I was impressed at the difference in quality from the items I've received from department stores. The clothing is all cotton. It's thicker & softer, which I really like for my new baby. I had a small issue with one of the items. I contacted you (Baby Gifts Under $100), you got back to me within a day and had no problem replacing the item at your expense. The replacement came sooner then expected, it was great. Thank you for the wonderful quality and great service.
