I will not shop here again bc I needed the outfit by January 14th it's not going to b there until late afternoon on the 14th which is pointless considering it's a bday gift for Saturday the 14th at noon!!!!!! You would think if you tell a date u need it by u would at least send it so it's here a day before to make sure everything is okay!!

We have received your comment from our survey. We really want you to know we make every effort to get orders to customers on or before the need by date. The tutu you ordered is a personalized, made-to-order item and takes up to 10 business days to make and personalize once it is ordered, then shipping time to get to you. We did put a rush on making and personalizing your tutu and shipped it the same day it was completed. We were told that you needed it by January 14th, and it arrived to you on January 14th at 1:42pm (postal tracking). We had no other information about the time you needed it by on the 14th and had no way of knowing that if it was delivered after noon on the 14th that it would be too late. We are very sorry to hear you won't shop with us again because of this, but we do understand now that the party was at noon and the tutu did not arrive until 1:42pm and you are not happy about that.
We just want you to know we are taking your issue very seriously and have made a change to our web store, check out special instructions-need by date area. This is to help other customers understand the need by date is the latest day we shoot for to have orders delivered and it may be a late afternoon delivery on that day and we are requesting to have them put a day or two before the party as their need by date to avoid this happening in the future.
