At Baby Gifts Under $100 we ship your choices as quickly as possible. Please note our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding National Holidays.

Confirming your order and tracking shipments: If you have provided a valid e-mail address with your order you will receive an e-mail that confirms your order and an e-mail when your order ships. You may also check the progress of your order by visiting our Track Your Order page at any time, we update it regularly. We ship out the majority of non-personalized gifts within 2 to 4 business days (does not include special order items). We make every effort to have all products in stock but we cannot guarantee it. You will be notified ASAP if we are out-of-stock on any item you order and you will be given either a full refund for the item & shipping charge, or store credit, your choice.

All claims for missing shipments after delivery must be made to the carrier. Baby Gifts Under $100 is not responible for lost or stolen items after delivery. Delivery is completed when the tracking on the carriers website says your package has been delivered. Please have  a secure location for your package to be delivered if you are not available at time of delivery.

Our shipping rates reflect the total weight of the order. Please note that a shipping surcharge applies to certain items that exceed standard size and weight measurements. (If an item has an extra shipping surcharge it will be noted for your attention.) Standard shipments leave usually via DHL, UPS Ground or US Postal Service and will usually arrive within 4 to 8 business days of shipment. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii & Canada a surcharge will be add to any existing shipping charges, usually just a few dollars. Shipping will also take extra time. At this time we do not ship overseas, please check back for updates to this policy. For special situations please email bgu100@babygiftsunder100.com. We will always try to accommodate your time frame.

The major carriers do not have regular Ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Canadian Shipments will add an extra Surcharge to the normal ship charge. Surcharge is previewable at check out and differs from order to order.

Incorrect or incomplete ship to addresses will be charged the DHL/UPS fee for correction and re-pickup and re-ship, usually $10. For your convenience, when your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order online. DHL/UPS allows you to track your order while en route.

You agree to not hold Baby Gifts Under $100 liable for any loss due to shipping delays.

Claims

and Returns:

  • We will accept returns on defective or damaged merchandise provided the claim is made within 72 hours of receipt of the product.  Damaged and/or defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded in full.  All other returns will be accepted for exchange, or refund to the original form of payment, provided a return authorization number has been requested within 10 days of customer's receipt of merchandise. 
  • If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, contact our customer service department immediately at bgu100@babygiftsunder100.com or use our contact us page. 
  • Absolutely NO returns on printed, washed or items that have been altered by you after delivery. You should inspect all garments before altering. No returns on Baby Gifts Under $100 personalized items unless defective.
  • All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
  • There is no charge for one size exchange, you just pay return shipping. Does not include personalized or special order items.
  • All Claims  must be made within 10 days of customer's receipt of merchandise.
  • Absolutely no cash refunds. All refunds are credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used. 
  • All returns over $100 are subject to a 15% restocking charge in addition to freight charges.
  • Special Order and Custom Made Items are subject to a 20% restocking charge in addition to freight charges.  Custom Made orders CAN NOT be cancelled after 48 hours.
  • All unclaimed or refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge, in addition to freight charges.
  • No returns will be accepted by our warehouse without a valid return authorization number issued by one of our customer service representatives.
  • Defective merchandise must return to us with a piece of tape indicating the location of the flaw. There is no charge for replacement of defective merchandise, we pay all shipping.
  • Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinued without notice.  We make every effort to keep our site updated to reflect items not available at this time but some do get missed on occasion. If we don't have it you will receive a full refund.
  • Baby Gifts Under $100 reserve the right to change any of the above policies and procedures at any time without prior notice.

Returns Should have RA# clearly printed on the outside of the package with a additional slip of paper with the RA# in the package.
